The Story of Clover Cove Retreat
Since opening a functional medicine practice in 2016, our owner saw the unique need for a safe healing space for intense functional medicine protocols and hence the birth of Clover Cove Retreat. Clover Cove is more than just a retreat, it is a wellness project that has been creating unique and enriching retreat experiences for guests to heal. What started out as individual personalized journeys has grown into a transformative Holistic Nutrition Retreat that has changed lives. We offer retreats to address all aspects of health and transformation and every interest, so let us know what you need and we’ll help guide you in the right direction.
Our Philosophy
We support our guests on their search for health, balance and personal growth. We invite all to experience “a healthy lifestyle," which exists not only during meditation or yoga class but 24 hours a day. This includes wholesome food, individualized functional medicine protocols, nature, exercise, down time, holistic therapies, eco-tours, excursions, good sleep, and lots of fun.
